  We are happy that this guest enjoyed their stay. There is construction going on next door and some spall repair at the building and this has presented an issue with grit on the lanai and windows. 6/01/10 - We are happy to report that the Ilikai Marina building has been newly painted and repairs competed. The renovation of the hotel next door is nearly compete.
