Thank you very much for assisting our vacation in Oahu. The room is very nice even not so large room but it looks bigger. We enjoyed staying the room. But is you improve some, more appreciate. Confirmation of Letter: Fax is quite difficult.

E-mail is easier for us if possible. Room: Out of lights at entrance of room and a lump beside of bed (wall side) Floor: vaccuum carpet more. Thank you.

We contacted the guest in their native languge and found out the lgihts were in the common area hallway light by front door and they did not remember what the lump was. We have asked our housekeeping department to pay special more attention to vacuuming. Our guests are asked to sign a credit card authorization form at time of reservation confirmation. We offer fax or scan/email options for return of same. They did tell our representative that they would like to return.
